Product Pitch Night is Build in Tulsa's eight-week training program for founders building physical products. Now in its fourth cohort, the program pairs selected founders with expert coaches to build the pieces investors and accelerators look at first — a defined customer, a financial model, a manufacturing plan, and a pitch that holds a room. Founders then take the stage to compete for up to $18,500 in investment. This funding carries no obligation to be paid back, no interest, and Build in Tulsa takes no equity in the company.
Apply NowBuild in Tulsa's Product Pitch Night is a training program for early-stage founders building physical products — things a customer can hold, use, or install. A robot, a device, a piece of equipment, a bottled beverage, a formulated skincare line.
Getting a physical product to market takes more than the product. It takes a defined customer, a price that holds up against what it costs to make, a manufacturer who will take the volume, and five minutes of explanation that a room can fund.
Product Pitch Night builds those pieces in eight weeks. Selected founders work with expert coaches to define their customer, size their market, build financial projections, and map their manufacturing and supply chain needs — then take it to the stage on Thursday, November 12, 2026, competing for up to $18,500 in investment. This funding carries no obligation to be paid back, no interest, and Build in Tulsa takes no equity in the company.

Product Pitch Night is built for early-stage founders developing real, physical products that can be made at scale — for Tulsa, the region, and beyond. A functioning MVP is required to apply: a working version of the product that can be picked up, switched on, or demonstrated.
We welcome:
Tech-forward physical products — robotics, drones, clean energy, aerospace, and deep tech: products built on new science and engineering.
Advanced manufacturing — using data, automation, and smart systems to make products better, faster, and with less waste.
Science-backed consumer goods — food, beverage, beauty, and wellness products with real formulations or protected intellectual property.
Founders don't need every answer yet. The program is designed to help find them.

We’re especially looking for innovations in:
Deep Tech & RoboticsEnergy
CleanTech & Sustainability
Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing
Hardware Tools & Equipment
Science-Backed Consumer Goods — Food, Beverage, Beauty & Wellness
A product that doesn't fit neatly on this list can still be a strong application. Apply and tell us what you're building.

Build in Tulsa’s Product Pitch Night follows a format designed to showcase the founders to the Tulsa Oklahoma community.
Pitch
The founders will have 5 minutes to deliver a pitch supported by a clear and visually engaging slide deck. Focus on their startup’s value proposition, target market, traction, and growth potential.
Judges Q&A
Following the founder’s pitch, a panel of experienced judges will engage with them in a 3-minute Q&A session. The Q&A will allow the founders to demonstrate their expertise, address questions, and receive valuable feedback.

What made a difference for me was actually the one-on-ones that we got to have with our facilitators... They really, really focus on you and then they actually really help you. They just don't tell you something—they actually help you.
