BUILD UP CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is a hands-on readiness and validation program for early-stage consumer product founders who want to test demand, clarify their buyer, and build a strong product concept before spending money on production.

You have a product idea.

Maybe it’s a food, beverage, beauty, wellness, or physical product.

Maybe people say they love it — but you’re not sure if that means they’ll actually buy it.

You need BUILD UP CPG.

Program Details

BUILD UP CPG 2026 is a four-week series of workshops in March 2026 where ideas become validated product concepts. This program is designed for early-stage consumer product founders who want to test demand, define their buyer, and build a strong product concept before spending money on production.

This program is for you if:

  • You have an idea for a physical or packaged product
  • You’re not sure who your real buyer is yet
  • You want to test demand before manufacturing
  • You’re figuring out pricing, margins, and channels
  • You want to be prepared for pitch nights, Blueprint, or future accelerators

You do not need:

  • A finished product
  • A manufacturer or supplier
  • Retail placement
  • A pitch deck

BUILD UP helps you build toward those things with intention.

What Makes BUILD UP Different

BUILD UP CPG is not about rushing to production.

It’s about making sure your product should exist.

In BUILD UP CPG, founders focus on:

  • Understanding the real consumer or buyer problem
  • Defining a clear, differentiated product concept
  • Testing demand with low-risk MVPs
  • Learning how CPG businesses actually make money
  • Preparing for next-step opportunities with confidence

This is the step before scaling, wholesale, or retail expansion.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of BUILD UP CPG, most founders leave with real progress:

A clear problem and buyer definition

A validated use case and buying occasion

A strong hero product concept

A defined CPG MVP
(Samples, concept tests, pre-orders, packaging mockups)

Early pricing and margin awareness

A simple financial snapshot

A 90-day plan and a clear next step
