From Vision to Legacy: Building the Woman, Fueling the Founder

Through W.E. Build, I’m not just refining my vision, I’m unleashing it. This transformative program has armed me, as the founder of Neuru, with the clarity, confidence, and unwavering support to take audacious leaps toward revolutionizing how families of children with disabilities access and organize essential documents.

You never forget the days that change your life. For me, one was a cloudy, rainy morning when our son was diagnosed with autism. I wore blue jeans and a white shirt with navy stripes, but what I remember most is the feeling of isolation and despair. At the conclusion of his appointment, I was handed a packet of resources and told to start reaching out. Over the next three days, I made countless calls and sent endless emails. Some clinics responded. Most didn’t. That’s when I realized how broken the system truly is.

Four years later, on April 29, 2024, it happened again: our daughter was diagnosed. While it may seem rare for one family, it’s not. One in five employees is a caregiver, and nearly half spend five or more hours each week coordinating care across fragmented medical, educational, and therapeutic systems—time lost during the workday, costing U.S. companies $26.4 billion each year.

That’s why I founded Neuru. Our platform centralizes medical records, therapy notes, school plans, and local resources, giving families the clarity and control they need while protecting productivity. Neuru is more than organization, it’s empowerment, turning overwhelm into action, and chaos into calm. Our mission is to help families reclaim their time, energy, and peace of mind, so they can focus on what matters most.
