Tulsa, OK — June 5, 2025 The Build in Tulsa Techstars Demo Day marked the culmination of a 13-week accelerator program dedicated to scaling high-growth, high-impact startups led by founders historically overlooked in the innovation economy. The event showcased the vision, traction, and momentum of 9 companies solving real-world problems across healthcare, fintech, logistics, AI, and consumer tech.
Led by Managing Director Devon Fanfare and powered by a strong coalition of partners including Build in Tulsa, the George Kaiser Family Foundation, Schusterman Foundation, Harmonious, Regent Bank, and others, the program underscores Tulsa’s commitment to inclusive innovation. The accelerator forms part of a broader mission by Build in Tulsa to close the racial wealth gap through entrepreneurship by providing capital access, business education, and deep mentorship.
Each founder took the stage to present their company’s strategic vision, market traction, and investment opportunity. The cohort represented a diverse range of high-growth ventures, including AI-powered edtech, culturally attuned virtual healthcare, gig economy platforms, mental health technology, and travel infrastructure solutions.
